If it is Davidson Kempner, (which did have an objection filed against it previously for buying too many shares) then they need the courts permission to buy more shares. So maybe the judge is going to okay the purchase of more shares by them. I hope so, I want them to own 50.01% of all the shares. Then they can take me for a ride with them.
