Maybe shareholder value does not matter to the old directors but it matters to me as a shareholder.

The old directors have an uphill fight on their hands to get back control. They will have to prove that they did not abandon ULFS to regain control as well as the legal maneuvering. May the best man win.

This will be interesting to follow.
