Please do the math. I did, twice.
I'm working with more than that myself and staying long. The only flipping I did was with about 388k shares and it made about $500 (once) when all was said and done -- it wasn't worth the risk and my timing was utterly sloppy and just plain lucky that I even made that.

OK, so now lets put some facts with your fancy. Avg pps today is about a penny. Let's say just over and volume is just under 16 million. Total dollar volume is about 160k. So, if you were either the seller or buyer for every trade of the day, you could only have moved 80k in and out, and I'd wager that you would have also lost money, because the mm's would not have given you the spread. Like I said, you can flip small amounts, and perhaps even a few million shares if you're willing to be out for several days, but large dollar amounts can't be done on low dollar volume stocks.
