I am not totally confident that they will file in time. If they don't the pps will presumably drop significantly. Looking several months ahead I think real performance will largely determine what the future pps will be. Even if there is a discount because JADA becomes a pink sheet company the pps could go up significantly. Moreover, it is quite possible to report audited numbers even if that is not compulsory.
