The R/S already happened. I am comfortable with the O/S and don't expect dilution until share prices explode. Remember the TA is not gagged which is also a very good sign. Someone bought a ton of shares, who must think otherwise from what you believe. How long have you been here? "Failure to Deliver" indicates naked shorting to me.
