TMCVP taken over by FDIC last year, assets "sokd" to another bank and remiaing company left with (only) debt.

Thing lies dormant on the greys except for an unusual spurt from .03 to .71!!!!!

I owned, talked with law firm who called when I called the CEO - told nothing was left and they were going to close it off. Don't know why anybody is buying even if they are preferreds.

Let me know if investigate and find anything. I (finally) so;d @.35 for a 10% haircut, which is %%%% better than 999.99% loss.
