It is simple really. You have to post within the TOU. The moderators only real responsibility is to adhere to the TOU. IF the moderator is violating the TOU then report it. Using the public board to complain about the moderators stance on the company will get your posts removed and likely banned from the board. What good does that do for you or the company?
You see where I am going?
If the moderator is negative then simply present a positive message to counter his opinion. He can not remove it if it falls within the TOU. If he does then you have a balanced argument to have him removed.
Provide a positive message, keep it within the TOU and if the posts are removed report it as abusive moderator behavior. IHUB is very good about removing moderators who abuse the moderator position.
But voicing your opinion about the moderators opinions of the company will only get your message removed and will effectively allow the moderator to win won't it?
Step above the emotional response and provide a clean and clear positive message by presenting it in your posts while leaving out your disgust of the moderator and his negativity.
There is no requirement that a moderator be positive about a board they moderate. They are only asked to adhere to TOU and monitor the board for compliance.
