I don't understand the skepticism? JADA is grossly fundamentally underavlued. They posted financials a bit late before...no problem.

Charts are pointing to $1 easy imo.

Anxiety causes opportunity...when the anxiety is less, the price will be higher. I don't see any reason to not trust the JADA mgt team.

They've delivered strong margins, growing profits, no dilution, little debt, heavy insider ownership...no dumping to my knowledge either. That said...I'm on free shares now and will simply sell a few free shares WHEN JADA gets overbought again...funny thing about JADA is overbought still = fundamentally undervalued.

Sooner or later, JADA gets real IR help...may uplist and get a reasonable PE ratio... $3 eventually...could go a lot higher too over time.

hi pappy - After extensive research, both historic and current, I am very comfortable with my opinion that JADA will file its 10K. I called the auditors a couple weeks back and they informed me that they had done the audit and given the information to JADA - the company would not bother with that if they had no intention to file. Besides, sad to say, this is not unusual for JADA or dozens of other China OTCs. Part of the reason they are dirt cheap no doubt. But that is what deep value investing sometimes looks like. Maybe scary to some, but to me, the value is so compelling!

I think the risk/reward is very good at the present pps. JADA does not need to generate much in the way of earnings per share to justify the current pps. Let us assume that the downside is in the 30s. I think the upside is at least three times the current pps lokking one month ahead.

I must admit I don't understand why the annual report has not been filed, but I consider it probable that it will befiled before the shares lose their current quotation.

Agree, concern w/ JADA is 3 fold :

1) lack of 10K and any communication to shareholders;

2) Concern if JADA gained any new customers in 2009 ?;

3) declining jade market;

JADA seemed to only have 1 large customer, and, no news about expanding market or new opporunities open up then some concern about future revenus....... add the late 10K and ........

.30's great entry point in the past, but, until some questions are answered, this, IMO, is no longer a 'Gimme' sure play .

I just absolutely agree with you Pappy. It amazes me that the share price is climbing despite that there are no finacials to speak of. Clock is ticking and we will see if people here are still so confident if the company goes to the pinks which isn't too long out if they continue to just not file. Look at CGDI, they are on the pinks from today on.

People here are talking about the fact how cheap the stock is but without any financials there are no numbers and therefore there is no valuation in any way. No investor out there who's number one goal is to preserve capital would hold any meaningful number of shares in such a company until they file and show good numbers.

If they bring on 5 cents or whatever the story is different and I will be a buyer as well. IMO
