Very good question. My answer is that I have some hope that the pressure from the criticism here will change mangement for the better.

In many ways this board acts like a private equity firm advising its portfolio company's management team.

If ERHC management responds, improves, and adapts, then it's all good.

If not, then we should all consider the sell button.
