No need for a PM...Glad you asked. Yes they are one in the same. Perhaps before scrutinizing this with a skeptical eye you may need to do a bit more DD on who they are, what they do and the need for a TRULY productive forum for small and micro cap cos.
Regardless of the former founders business focus and accumen they have a found a niche market and stepped it up to the next level with the first class approach, representing company scrutiny and the desire of ACCREDITED investors a forum in which they can meet and greet companies with promise and have one on one discussion with the "players" and decision makers in those companies instead of an antiseptic phone call to the CEO or IR person.
Personally, I spend and ENOURMOUS amount of time speaking with the CEO's of EVERY company that will potentially get my money and how they represent themselves and their companies is a significant factor in my decision making process.
I cannot tell you how many times I've just hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation with management that does nothing but HYPE themselves and their companies. I want straight talk and want to know about the ugliness and the glory.
Bottom line...Exposure of this nature is an excellent platform for MZEI to further spread the word about it's management and the extraordinary opportunity AsepticSure will provide investors.
