Ah.. the THEM... In my message... was IF you were sued... How you would PAY... SPNG... NOT your attorneys!! I am sure all the J. Doe's noted in the SPNG board... have money sitting and waiting in case they lose a court case... Don't think so!!

Hey... YOU brought up IF YOU GOT SUED..... I was just simply commenting on the fact.. that you "want" the money in escrow in case you won.. And again.. WHAT YOU WANT... VS.. what your legal TEAM... can get the court to agree to.. are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.. RIGHT!!

I would like to be there... seeing ANY legal team arguing that against SPNG LOLOLOL....
