Carnac, actually the last time this stock fly to .02 there was approx 10 - 40 million shares in the float.

Now you have approx 400 million in the float

Thata a ten fold increase

And what's .02 divide by 10

= .002

So there the mm's priced it accordingly now

Further dilution will cut the sp down further
