I sincerely doubt this case will ever make it to the discovery phase. The judge would have to be mentally retarded to let this complaint advance in its present form. The whole thing was written for the benefit of market ignorant newbies. No court is going to buy into it.

The only time Patch will be on the stand is as a Plaintiff in his lawsuit against SPNG.
