The lawsuit needs to be moved to a Federal Court. It hinges around freedom of the press and other first amendment protections and doesn't belong in a NY State Court at all.
I would have to believe that all bogus posts meant to defame SPNG will all be copied and used as proof etc. etc. Keep it up. Everyone can see what is going on here. That's why there is a lawsuit. GL. LOL.
