No Im saying that SPNG will never get to a court room with this suit. Yes they are scammers and frauds and will end up in jail themselves.

I have read all the accusations against me today here and you expect me to stay quiet; which was the intent of the lawsuit.

I am confident in my position, from trading accounts, bank accounts, e-mail accounts, and facts acquired to know this company will not see a dime from me but I may see more than a dime from them (if they have any left).

SPNG's case is hard to prove as it is and worse when you have a major Wells Notice filed against you.
