Many complained to the SEC about SPNG. It is likely that hundreds of people did. When one sees a robbery in progress, it is one's civic duty to report it.
If the SPNG fraudsters think that filing a suit against those who blow the whistle against their forgery attempts, book cooking and lying PRs is a way to remedy the wrongs they have committed, then they deserve exactly what they will get. A term in a federal prison.
