IMO the key here, is no Dilution, nor dumping

We may retest .002 again but if we bounce off of it and make it our new bottom that would be concrete for another move.

Agreed. I noticed that also. The Form D solidified that feeling because KATX filed one in October 2009 and went on a huge run after.
