the sad part about it is you say send the stuff to the SEC. ok so say we all do. nothing will be done about it and he will continue to dilute. there is no way the SEC can look over 10,000 traded companies, and this is just another problem within the system. i hate the fact that he is giving away millions of shares for $1500, but who knows. i have invested into this company. while i would have liked an instant return, i dont have one, and hopefully within the next few years, ARTS will be something.

Captain you are fretting over nothing. First off if ev was to pursue a case against anyone it would be me. IF THE GUY WANTS TO OPEN THE 20 FOOT CONTAINER OF WORMS LET HIM! THAN MAYBE WHERE ALL THE MONEY WENT WOULD COME OUT. I personally think He has too much to hide to let that happen. With the way this has been pumped and dumped, I think insiders have more to worry about than investors or outsiders!
