The debt more than doubled during the 8 Republican Bush years and we have nothing to show for it. In fact many American died during those 8 years because of all that spending. But at least now people will have health care and American lives will be saved. And I will guarantee you that with a VAT, which I support, the U.S. debt will disappear as well.
