You mean exactly what big pharma has been doing for the past 5 years, laying people off, to make up for massive internal inefficiencies? Were you concerned about the people they laid off to make up for eps shortfalls before now?

I forgot to ask how you compute over 100K good paying jobs will be lost. TIA.

Also wondering why you think an increased medicaid drug rebate is unfair. Do you think existing drug pricing, in general, is reasonable? One of the major complaints about HCR is it didn't go far enough to address the cost side of the equation.
