It may not take 2-3 years. What would a large gov't stockpiling deal, a front loaded Cotara partnership, and a validating regional $ deal do for the pps. Time will tell. For me, I will take $6 in next few months, $12 by end of year, and just wait for the rest to happen if it takes 2-4 years.
