You are always better served by reading the actual legal documents of the company than asking a frontline IR person manning the phones and the e-mail, who is probably an $8.00 per hour employee.

If a serious deal was on the table I would expect the PP would be voted down and the approved deal would occur. The idea that a purchase or take over would happen would mean the price would factor in the dilution of the 5 times current float to 250,000,000 shares without any additional dilution at this point at no less then $11.00.
At which time the PPS buyout price would be a minimum of 250M OS x $11.00.
Or 2.75 Billion.
Which may be a reasonable offer, but, not a good deal because of the cost to shareholder to purchase the PP shares. This to me is a non starter unless the PP is scraped and we would sell out for 2.75 Billion at current OS.
That would be $55.00 PPS, I would take it ,but, they have to act fast because if we get into Phase 3 and are looking good for approval or accelerated approval
based on Phase 2 is imminent they are $100 a share short.
