That seems like fair game for this thread ... at least, to me. Ditto for "Internet communication is a privilege. With any privilege comes responsibility."
As to the latter, I agree it should be like that, but as we've seen. there are plenty of examples of irresponsibility. As has been said by others, the anonymity of the internet seems to encourage cowards to engage in mindless aggressive behavior.
