You need to be careful with that 7-11 comparison. The 7-11 text to their shortcode responds back with a text message listing prizes. In this case, the customer is not trying connect to a customer service rep. 7-11's text messaging is being used for a purpose outside of what Go800 is providing.

Now if 7-11 wanted to provide a quick and easy way for someone to talk to their customer service, then Go800 would make that a lot easier since most people have no idea what 7-11's 800 number is.
