Not to be negative, but the PR did state that QASP would be advancing another $160,000 to Mineseeker, so as we do not yet have the funding secured, I would not be suprised to see the O/S increase another 13 million shares or so, but at least we have an idea where the money is going and that it is in the best interests of the company and the shareholders as it appears Mineseeker will be very profitable in the future.
