Was bored last night after the Mavericks lost so I "dug around in the kitty litter" for a while. To find HumaClean/GLEC dirt processing site in Juarez: go to Google Maps or Google Earth - type in long./lat. coordinates - 31.551035, -106.482063
The site is approx 12 miles south of Juarez by the big tire dump - the dark black area. I figured this by matching these Google satellite pics (from 2007) with the ground view pics that are on the GLEC website on the active projects page.
Ref, did your friend ever make it down to this site? The fact that he didn't find an active dirt project might be good. It's not wise to keep paying labor costs for producing more and more stockpiles of product until it starts selling.
Also, once you find this site on Google Earth, you can click on the clock tool and slide the history bar to see the progress of the dirt moving from 2004 to 2007. Not sure if this activity is evidence of the dirt processing expanding or the garbage dump expanding? FWIW
