While RDEA gets "low double digit" royalties ARRY's deal uses the word "significantly". Plus ARRY seems to have additional options. Nevertheless considering that ARRY has to finish the P1 anyway this deal seems like a de-risking deal since they could have waited to complete the P1 and then if there weren't any adverse safety signs maybe signed a better deal.
I am hanging on to a fair bit of shares though I sold some. Good ride from the mid to low 2's. Still a lot of catalysts in the upcoming months like P1 data for 162 and other compounds, some of which should be reported in a matter of weeks, and I see at least 4 presentations for 520 and 886 at ASCO. And a deal for 380 could certainly crack 5 depending on the upfront payment.
