Even this board, regretfully, can feel the pinch of those trying to twist the information so as to scare shareholders.

Monkey would like you to believe 104 million shares were ISSUED via ERHC in the past year. FALSE!!!!! He is referring to the shares held by our majority shareholder, Emeka Offor. There is a major difference in comparing shares issued via ERHC (dilution) and a sharholder of the company.

From last years 10k it is fact that ERHC had:

As of December 19, 2003 registrant had 586,074,034 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, outstanding.

From the 12-22-04 pre 14a, it states:

"Our common stock is the only type of security entitled to vote at the Special Meeting. On December 7, 2004, the record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the Special Meeting, there were 601,585,135 shares of common stock issued and outstanding."

That said, from 12-19-03 to 12-22-04 there were a total of
15,511,101 shares issued by ERHC. This represents 2.5% dilution for the last year. That is a very small percentage and we're fortunate to having our interests watched as closely as they have been!!!!

My point......this is totally false. You're trying to lead the board into believing 104 million shares were "issued" by ERHC as in damaging dilution to shareholders. This is false and you know it. My response post was simply to point out your misleading post and note to fellow posters that the dilution was a mere 2.5% of the O/S shares.

You went on to state, " ( Offor issued himself Just shy of a grand total of 104,000,000 shares during 2004. )"

My response post clearly showed how many shares were in the O/S in 12/03 and how many shares were in the O/S in 12/04. Your claim of ERHC issuing Offor 104 million shares during this timeframe is not correct AND is damaging to shareholders reading it IMHO.
