How do you know what that window is? And why wouldnt he sell down the road when the PPS is a lot higher? I understand this is a small amount of his holdings, but come on its weird timing dont ya think? Just curious....
I agree w/ this logic......a couple hundred grand.....maybe he was late on his taxes and needs the cash......people have to remember that this guy has to pay his bills to.......maybe he thought the deal would be done by now and thought he'd get a higher price than 0.132......if it was a larger % I'd be nervous, but 5% or so of his holdings is nothing......he probably thinks he'll get it back when the stock soars$$$
