the only way is for the stock to go back down and let new investors come in next week before the big announcement. people have to accumulate a shit ton and hold it but i'm not going to be the one doing it. this thing can get back to .001 easy but only briefly because of the huge O/S and potentially devastating A/S. Ive been trading this thing for a year now and holding at .0001/.0002 for 3 months after i dumped it at .015 awhile back.

i'm putting this info out there because we on iHUB arent the only ones trading it and someone else will come in and be a sucker for us. the damn market cap is over 30 million now for a stock without a dime in revenue or a tangible product.

well, it's all about company value. If you go by the total O/S which is approx 9.3B right now, that give you a company value of approx $5.6M So, if you believe in the product, the mgmt team and strategy, you'll need to make your own estimate on how much you think the company WILL EVENTUALLY BE WORTH at the current O/S of 9.3B. (also keeping in mind that 5B are restricted MGMT owned, but I am still assuming the full 9.3B).

If you think the company will be worth 50M in a few years? then at 9.3B, the share price will be .005. I, for one, am expecting this mgmt team will retire most, if not all of those 5 Billion Restricted shares once they start having money flowing in from operations. That brings the O/S down to the current float of approx 3.5B (2.7B plus the recent 800M dilution = 3.5B) So that provides a new SP, if worth 50M in a few years, at 3.5B shares = .014 pps

Now the question is, will the SP reach that level without any share structure changes...maybe...maybe not..if it does? I would consider it overpriced and I'll sell the crap out of it...however if those restricted shares are retired, the .014 is it's true value (based on the premise that the company is worth 50M in a few years)

That's my outlook on it...all of course is my own opinion.
