Paul, GERN lost 60% of its value in a steady decline from 10/03 to 8/04.

That provides a lot of potential tax sellers. Then, when Kerry lost the election, I suspect a lot of them decided to throw in the towel whenever they got a bounce. I think we're now in that bounce, with lots of them taking advantage. If I'm right, it's pretty bullish for Jan 05. I've been trading it since it turned up in August, but I'm not selling any now.
