Yes, have you not seen the the signed document submitted to the court by SPNG's transfer agent? If you do not believe the document you can get a copy yourself quite easily.
of course there is plenty of proof the O/S is 3 Billion.
start with the A/S increase to 3 Billion, which was for a reason and end with SPNG trading 550 Million shares when the company lied and stated that only 722 Million shares were outstanding. not to mention the SECs actions against SPNG.
there is plenty of evidence of reality, however if you choose to ignore those facts, i can do nothing about that.
The document says "inexplicably" SPNG only has 15,000 left to issue. The reason it is "inexplicable" is because O/S + 15,000 more is much less than the A/S of 3 billion. The Court is saying it doesn't understand why SPNG is saying it only has 15,000 left to trade when it's A/S is so high. If we had the entire document I'm pretty sure it would confirm this fact.
