Rip - No one has proof of anything regarding the number of shares that are floating around out there. Eli should have placed a JMO after his post. I happen to share his opinion which is just my opinion. I contacted the SEC last April asking them to investigate the issuance of counterfeit shares being put into the market by NITE and UBSS (they disappeared). If management actually announced an increase in AS as a trap it was brilliant. If true the suckers bit and are in fact trapped. JMO
