That's a good question. It depends on whether you are in it for a trade, or a core holding. If you are looking for a trading exit point, I'd defer to Zeev. From a fundamental standpoint, the military order indicates that ULBI will have stability in its core business for 5 years. Something that wasn't assured when it hit its 52-week high of $24.96. I don't see why it couldn't hit a new 52-week high now, in fairly short order.
