I have to disagree with you as I work in the tele-communications field and not alot of people use mobile device for acuall surfing and shopping as not many web sites will display properly.
I have a Black Berry Tour and most web sites I can't even read but I am old. LOL
I just don't think cell phone and pda's are there yet.
