totally fucked on KORE...broker says that's the way it is & gave me some bullshit reason and then had the balls to give me a calculation that with even by buying back the 1600 shares I was never short, I still made a profit. Well, that's why we buy these things, dumbass & the fact a profit was made has no bearing on properly enforcing ex-dates etc...I bot back the 1600 shares the day they told me I was short...got pissed off this week after the last episode with my useless broker that I sent all the documentation to the SEC...if anyone wants the contact info @ the SEC, tell them to send me a PM & I will give them the details of to whom I sent my documentation package. I didn't sent it to a general mailbox - I faxed it to a specific individual
