It's kind of shocking for a Canadian how moving out of either a rental unit or a sold house works in france.
EVERYTHING is removed when you leave. Light fixtures, kitchen cabinets, everything.
When you enter, all that is left is a lightbulb dangling from a wire and the kitchen sink.
I think it is insane
You walk into a house to buy or rent, think those light fixture a beautiful, and those kitchen cabinettes are real nice. Sign the contract and move in. there's fuckall in the kitchen
