ot,question did sec tell spng they have to reaudit all of spng yearly financials that d&d did.If they did it looks like d&d went as far back as 2003.This may another reason for the lenghty timeline.Talking about 7 years of reaudits approx.Is that your impression.tia glta

1jk1, according to what SPNG put out, they had to reaudit, not restate their filings because of Drakeford & Drakeford. According to a shareholder update, they only had to reaudit going back to 2008. Beyond that, I'm not sure how far they went back:
