I concur that it does factor in while it remains within the 200 moving average, especially an 11.00 figure with all other numbers below .60. However, it doesn't now and hasn't since March...I have a Masters Degree in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, but this isn't rocket science.

The calculation is that simple.

Where the 200 day moving average was at today was only dependent upon the closing price of the last 200 days. $11 did not factor in.
