I do not see what will get them out of this. They can hope and know more than I do. I realize nothing is a given but i just do not see them getting out of it. I never brought up money and that is the issue. The case like I said can be a done deal but the damamges might not be worth as much as MESA thinks. I think the judge in bk. can put his own price on a situation like this.
