Actually, I was "debating" with myself if I should put on that bear suit again. I am above 40% cash and I do not see too many bargains I would like to get in. I am not putting the suit on only because we do not have extreme bullish reading from which major declines can occur, my medium term opinion is still a relatively narrow range but allowing for 1388 or so as a top, that would be (if we get there) a better spot for a "temporary" bear suit. Here, it is just "neutral".
