I'd agree that while it's an embarrassment it doesn't really change their chance of approval at the end of the day. It looks like it was a pretty arcane issue.

Still think that Vivus looks a better bet though.

It did shift the numbers a fair bit. 50.5% with 5% from 56.3% and 28.3% at 10% from 32.9%. I wouldn't call that a trivial change.
