I don't think it was JF's plan, but after each subsequent failure in acquiring substantial financing what choice does he have? What does every other POS otc do? Sell some paper!! How fast or how high will he go we don't know, but raising the A/S serves no purpose in anyway shape or form unless you intend to sell shares.
