I don't see how removing your small, 6435-byte .jpg from your own siggy would improve your surfing speed on other people's posts, but hey, if it works, it works.

Make sure you remove all spyware periodically too. There are lots of free programs to do it (SpyBot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware, etc.)
