Alderman has a pruduct. AMNE has the public vessel to put that product out there. Alderman and GG have a long standing relationship.
AMNE has no product. Product infers warehouse,inventory, manufacturing.
warehouse could be seen as asset if they own or liability if they lease.
Inventory is an asset as it holds value. though that value depreciates the longer it sits.
manufacturing is an asset as production and projected incomes can be used to leverage more money for expansion.
Show me in the filings where they say they have anything more than some office equipment???
Show me in the filings where they have paid inventory tax for holding inventory year to year.(it matters not how long you had it the previous year. If you had it the day before your fiscal year ends you must claim it.)
show me anywhere you can that AMNE holds a Sales and Use Tax number for any country state or local municipality.
Sales and use is enforced on farmers who grow their product as well as The grocery store that sells the product.
