I think we know that there were approx. 2 mil shares out at the end of September and I used the .50-.60/sh for the private placement because I believe that is what shrotker was offered (but I don't know when). In any case, if he sold 4 mil shares at anything under a dollar recently that would be tough for me to take (especially given the flood of positive p.r. statements and the comments about the stock being undervalued at $2.50).
