How about incentives/ compensation for management/ owners of the acquired companies? It's clearly that a large chunk of the shares are not hitting the streets, I'm betting a big stake of the increase will be restricted ones, but that's just my opinion. Actually, it may be a good sign that Quasar is transferring those shares at this moment, it means we are in the final stages of completion of the inevitable.
