This is what the divvy and the pps should be like if my calculation is correct:

2009 Net income: $2,986,012
O/S: 100 million? (not sure)
Earnings per share: $0.033

Divvy 10% of the EPS: $0.00330
Divvy 20% of the EPS: $0.00660

If the above divvy is paid, the pps can be between $0.33-$0.66 when calculated with dividend yield of 1% (divvy/pps).

Divvy rate of 10-20% and divvy yield of 0.5-1% can be easily found some of the gold companies and a few example are below:

One of the companies is paying divvy even with negative earnings..
