Yes I understand that. His original post spoke about how many more shares they could add to this dilution, and he had 900.000.000 more that could come into play.
The math on this was wrong, thats all I was pointing out. Authorized - Outstanding = amount more that could be sold.
Those labelled as Free Trading are already out and are counted in the current PPS for dilution reasons. Those Authorized but not released are not counted yet.
