I think there are three important points of this retraction to notice:
1 - GAGI was removed (obviously). If you re-read the old release, this make perfect sense as the first sentance of the PR isn't even correct grammatically. The two company names are simply strung along, implying they were one in the same. Clearly that is not the case.
2 - The reference to Regenetech falling under the SK3 umbrella was removed.
3 - This release makes note that Regenetech is still being acquired by HOTI. As indicated in previous listings, Regenetech will only belong to HOTI after being acquired by GAGI. After GAGI buys out Regenetech, both will fall under the parent company. Releasing information that Regenetech is being acquired states by affiliation that GAGI is also being acquired.
